Meet David
David LaGrand is running for Mayor of Grand Rapids to continue making our community better for everyone. The son of a minister and teacher, David was born in Grand Rapids and went to school here. David and his wife Melissa raised their children in West Michigan and are invested in the community by opening several small businesses, including Four Friends Coffee House, the Wealthy and Hall Street Bakeries, and Long Road Distillers. David served as an Assistant Kent County Prosecutor, a City Commissioner, a Grand Rapids Public School Board member, and State Representative. David is committed to working for everyone in our city.
